Is post-renovation cleaning the same as post-construction cleaning?
Zenith uses both terms for residential final cleaning after renovation work is complete. The service addresses accessible fine dust and finished-home details; it is not active construction-site, demolition, industrial or bulk-debris cleanup.
What can residential post-renovation cleaning include?
The confirmed scope can include high-to-low accessible dust removal, compatible cabinetry and fixtures, interior window glass, sills and tracks, kitchens, bathrooms, doors, baseboards, accessible vent covers and repeated floor cleaning. Priorities follow the renovated rooms, affected adjacent spaces and approved person-hours.
When is a renovation ready for final cleaning?
Cutting, sanding, drilling and painting should be finished. Trades, tools, protective materials, bulk debris and hazardous waste must be removed, and the home needs safe access, working utilities and enough lighting for the team to inspect new finishes.
How are post-renovation cleaning time and price calculated?
Post-renovation cleaning is billed at $55 per person-hour before GST with a three-person-hour minimum. Renovated area, dust migration, present condition, access, requested interiors, new materials and the number of required passes shape the estimate and final time.
How does Zenith protect newly finished surfaces?
The team reviews delicate finishes and manufacturer instructions before cleaning. Products and methods are selected around the material rather than treating every new surface the same.
Does Zenith remove construction debris?
No. Active trades, bulk debris, hazardous materials and unsafe construction conditions must be cleared before ordinary post-renovation cleaning begins.
Why can fine dust return after the cleaning?
Fine particles can settle again from concealed ledges, continuing trade activity, open rooms or air movement. Zenith uses a high-to-low sequence and repeated passes where appropriate, but another visit may be needed when dust continues to migrate after the appointment.
Does the service include vents or duct cleaning?
Accessible compatible vent covers may be included in the confirmed surface-cleaning scope. Internal HVAC ducts, furnace systems and specialist air-duct remediation are not included.
