We understand things happed and for that reason you may cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time. If you have to cancel, we understand!
Please note, however, that cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled cleaning time are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 3 hours of service.
This fee would cover the time slot we reserved for you and the clients we had to turn away as a result.

Once your form has been submitted, we will contact you to schedule your cleaning!
After receiving your custom-made quote, we will get in contact with you to schedule a cleaning at a time that you’re available. We will try to get in contact with you, whichever way you got in touch with us (phone, text, Email, WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.). Be sure to add your preferred means of contact.
To schedule your appointment, we will give you an arrival time window during which you should expect our local cleaners to start. You'll be matched with an awesome cleaner who has an opening in their schedule, whether you’re in Burnaby or North Vancouver. Our cleaners are experienced, thorough, and very friendly.
Confirmation: Be sure to look out for our confirmation email to you confirming the appointment date and details of your house cleaning!

We’ll come and clean your place like new!
No Surprises: We’ll arrive on time during our agreed-upon arrival time. If requested, we will send you an “arriving soon” or “on the way” message as we get close to your service location.
If you’d like, we’ll do a walkthrough with you before starting to be sure we hit the appropriate hot spots for your first time or moving cleaning services. This will also help ensure we get the most done while staying within your budget.
Finish: We’ll clean thoroughly and efficiently, focusing on the areas that matter most to you. From baseboards to bathrooms, kitchen counters to inside cabinets (if selected), our goal is to leave your space feeling fresh, reset, and ready. After your deep cleaning is finished and your house is sparkling clean, you’ll receive an invoice via email where you’ll also have the option to review your experience.
