Recurring house cleaning that keeps the rooms you use most consistently comfortable, with a repeatable plan shaped around your household and preferred frequency.
Recurring cleaning starts by establishing a workable baseline, then protecting the kitchens, bathrooms, floors and living areas that change fastest between visits. Zenith records the must-complete rooms, access routine and household preferences so later appointments can stay familiar while lower-priority details rotate when time allows.

What recurring cleaning in Greater Vancouver can include
Agree on the rooms that need attention every visit, then fit rotating details into the available cleaning time.
Kitchens and bathrooms
Kitchen counters, sink, stovetop, backsplash and appliance exteriors.
Bathroom sinks, taps, mirrors, toilets, tubs and showers.
Frequently touched handles and accessible surfaces.
Bedrooms, living areas and floors
Accessible dusting around the rooms included in your plan.
Vacuuming carpets and accessible floor areas, with attention to pet hair where requested.
Mopping compatible hard floors and maintaining the agreed high-use rooms.
First visit and extra details
The first clean establishes the starting condition. Heavy kitchen grease, bathroom mineral buildup, appliance interiors and empty storage interiors need separately agreed time and scope. Tell us about them before the appointment.
Start with how quickly the home falls below the baseline you want—not a generic calendar rule. Zenith can review the frequency again after the first appointments show how the household actually uses the space.
WeeklyStrongest consistency
Useful for busy households, children, pets, frequent cooking or homes that need kitchens, bathrooms and floors refreshed every week.
BiweeklyA practical balance
A useful starting point for many active households that want dependable maintenance while handling lighter upkeep between visits.
MonthlyFocused periodic help
Best for lower-use homes that stay reasonably maintained between visits. A tighter priority list keeps the available time realistic.

“I hired the Zenith Zone Cleaning Team in Sept./24. And they have been coming in to my home for a once a week cleaning since then. There 2 to three cleaners each time, with all the supplies needed for them to clean the areas that we have agreed on. Times that I wish to have additional areas cleaned, I can arrange with Miya for extra time added or even on a different day. The cleaners are friendly and I am pleased with the work, and efficiency in which they perform this task.”

Two- or three-person team
Supplies brought and additional areas arranged when requested
Recurring cleaning should feel dependable without making the home feel less private. Preferences are recorded and updated as the household changes.
Consistent-team requestsZenith records requests for familiar cleaners and honours them when staffing and scheduling allow, although the same team cannot be guaranteed every time.
Private areas stay privateOffices, documents, closed storage and rooms outside the agreed scope are left alone unless the customer specifically adds them.
Priorities can changeCustomers can update the focus before a visit so the available person-hours follow current needs rather than an inflexible checklist.
Prepared for the real work
A useful scope before the team arrives.
The estimator records property details and priorities, but the walkthrough is where condition, access and the most important outcomes are confirmed. That keeps the estimate connected to the work instead of treating every home the same.

Is the first visit different from later recurring visits?
Yes. The first visit establishes a clean baseline and is billed at $55 per person-hour before GST. Later recurring appointments are $50 per person-hour.
Should I choose weekly, biweekly or monthly cleaning?
Weekly service provides the strongest consistency for busy homes, children, pets or frequent entertaining. Biweekly cleaning is a practical balance for many households. Monthly visits are best for lower-use homes that maintain the space between appointments and can work from a focused priority list.
What is completed every visit and what can rotate?
The confirmed must-complete rooms and core maintenance tasks are protected first. Lower-priority details can rotate when the approved person-hours allow, so changing extras do not displace the kitchen, bathrooms, floors or other agreed essentials.
Can the priority list or cleaning frequency change?
Yes. Tell Zenith before the appointment when household needs or your preferred interval change so the team can review the scope, time and availability.
Can I request a consistent cleaning team?
Yes. Zenith can record a consistent-team preference and will honour it when staffing and scheduling allow, but the same cleaners cannot be guaranteed for every appointment.
Do I need to be home, and does Zenith bring supplies?
You do not need to remain home when reliable access has been confirmed. Zenith brings standard cleaning products and equipment; identify pets, alarms, delicate finishes or a preferred product before the visit.
What if I need to skip or reschedule a visit?
Contact Zenith as early as possible. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged the three-person-hour minimum, and a longer gap may change the labour needed at the next visit.
