We confirm the rooms, condition, accessible interiors and priorities before cleaning. Empty the appliances and storage areas you want included so the team can reach them safely.
Kitchen and appliances
- Clean countertops, backsplash, sink, taps, stovetop and range hood.
- Clean inside and outside of empty cabinets and drawers.
- Clean the interiors and exteriors of compatible, accessible ovens, fridges, microwaves and dishwashers included in the agreed scope.
Bathrooms
- Clean toilets, tubs, showers, tile, grout and shower-door tracks.
- Clean sinks, taps, mirrors and accessible glass.
- Clean empty vanity cabinets and drawers, with attention to edges and corners.
Bedrooms and living areas
- Clean empty closets, shelves and accessible storage interiors.
- Detail doors, frames, baseboards, handles, switches and accessible surfaces.
- Clean interior window glass, sills and tracks; spot-clean ordinary marks on compatible walls.
Floors and finishing details
- Vacuum carpets, including accessible edges and corners.
- Vacuum and mop compatible hard floors.
- Place ordinary cleaning waste in the bins supplied at the property and prepare the cleaned areas for your walkthrough.
Carpet steam cleaning is a separate service
Routine vacuuming is part of the moving-cleaning scope. Hot-water extraction is priced separately and should be arranged before the appointment.
