Zenith’s current residential cleaning rates
- $55 per person-hour before GST for first-time, one-time, deep, move-in and move-out cleaning.
- $50 per person-hour before GST for recurring cleaning after the first cleaning.
- A three-person-hour minimum applies to these services.
- Carpet and upholstery cleaning uses room, area and item pricing rather than the residential hourly rate.
What changes the final labour
Bedrooms and bathrooms matter, but they are only the starting point. The strongest estimate also considers the home’s condition and the work requested.
- Grease, soap scum, mineral buildup and long-neglected details.
- Pet hair, active entryways, children’s spaces and heavily used kitchens.
- Inside cabinets, drawers, closets, ovens or refrigerators.
- Stairs, multiple occupied levels and long equipment-carry distances.
- Clutter that limits access to surfaces or floors.
- Parking, elevators, concierge procedures and other building access.
Why the lowest estimate is not always the least expensive choice
Selecting less time than the property realistically needs usually creates a priority clean. The team will use the approved time carefully, but lower-priority work may remain. It is better to identify the must-finish rooms and tasks than to assume a short booking includes an unlimited checklist.
A first-time cleaning can also make recurring service more efficient. Once heavier buildup has been addressed and the team understands the home, later visits can focus on consistent maintenance.
How to build a more accurate estimate
- Choose the service that matches the result: recurring maintenance, first-time reset, deep cleaning or moving cleaning.
- Enter the full space size, bedroom and bathroom count.
- Describe the present condition honestly, including pet hair or buildup.
- Select extra areas such as an oven interior only when you want them included.
- Tell Zenith which rooms or tasks have the highest priority.
- Share parking, elevator, gate, alarm and entry details before booking is finalized.
