No. The estimator sends Zenith your details and planning range. Zenith must contact you to confirm the scope, availability and final booking.

Is the online estimate the final price?

It is a planning range based on the information supplied. The required person-hours can change if the condition, accessibility or requested scope is different from what was entered or discussed during the walkthrough.

What is a person-hour?

Two cleaners working for 1.5 hours equals 3 person-hours. The minimum booking is 3 person-hours.

Is GST included in the displayed rates?

No. Zenith’s stated cleaning rates and estimate amounts are before GST.

Do the cleaners bring supplies and equipment?

Yes. Zenith arrives with the ordinary cleaning supplies and equipment required for the confirmed scope.

Can a cleaning be scheduled outside office hours?

Cleaning appointments may be scheduled 24/7. Office support is available Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m.–7 p.m. and Friday through Sunday from 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

How can I pay?

Payment options include Credit card, E-transfer, Cash and Secure online payment through the invoice.

How much notice is required to cancel?

Zenith’s cancellation policy requires at least 48 hours’ notice.
